BlackRock Construction is executing cast-in-place foundations and slab work for the Bally’s Casino project in Chicago, supporting a major large-scale development.
The scope includes approximately 55,000 cubic yards of concrete across foundations and slabs. As of August 8, 2025, the team has placed 4,000 cubic yards of foundations within 30 working days, achieving a critical milestone aligned with the project schedule.
Through strategic planning and efficient field execution, the team continues to advance high-volume concrete operations while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule performance.
