Advocate Health Illinois Masonic Addition

This project involved a new addition to Illinois Masonic Hospital, supporting the expansion of critical healthcare services in a dense urban setting.

As part of the construction management team, our scope included oversight of site safety, logistics, structural coordination, and building envelope and interior finish activities. We also managed scheduling, budgeting, and quality control across all phases of construction.

Through detailed coordination and proactive management, the project was delivered efficiently while maintaining strict healthcare and safety standards.
