BlackRock Construction successfully delivered the Wymer Hall project, supporting a large-scale institutional facility with comprehensive cast-in-place concrete work.
The scope included more than 6,000 cubic yards of foundation concrete, consisting of grade beams, continuous footings, caps, shear walls, columns, supported slabs, and slab-on-grade. The project also encompassed 30,800 square feet of slab-on-grade and 85,800 square feet of supported slab, with slab thicknesses ranging from 5 to 12 inches.
Through detailed coordination and disciplined execution, the team delivered complex structural concrete work while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
